Healthy Futures looks to improve the physical and mental wellbeing of young people supporting them towards living fuller and healthier lives.

Our year-round community based programmes aim to reduce the potential of isolation by providing easy access to a wide range of activities.

Our programmes not only provide opportunities but also invest in young people’s knowledge and confidence to deliver peer to peer messages about health and social issues in their communities.

These are delivered through youth-led programmes and social action campaigns, helping to reduce the health inequalities that young people and their communities face.

In addition to working directly with young people to improve their health and wellbeing, our work also supports public health agendas such as the MARMOT strategy and NHS services to broadly impact on community resilience and long-term behavioural change.
