Our Raising Aspirations Programme (RAP) supports young people to achieve their education and learning potential.

RAP is a highly targeted, bespoke programme of personal development support. Youth work principles are adopted to meet the diverse needs of young people, ensuring that they are supported and challenged in equal measure. Experienced staff enable young people to work through recognised personal development accreditations, functional skills assessments and social action projects in a safe, broadly inclusive environment.

Successes of the alternative education provision, include young people reintegrating into mainstream provision, reaching positive destinations through improved self-awareness and a development of confidence and resilience when working through their often-complex issues. Young people have also reduced offending rates and substance misuse, developed independent living skills and become positive role models and mentors for their peers.
